Shipping Timeframes
We do not currently offer expedited shipping options.
International Orders
Shipping rates vary based on products ordered and country of delivery, so please go through the checkout process to determine how much your shipping will cost.
DG is not liable for carrier delays, international or customs delays or charges.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days.
Some of our products are made-to-order and therefore may take a few extra days to process.
Package Tracking & Delivery
We utilize various shipping carriers and delivery times vary by carrier.
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information and estimated delivery date at the time your package is shipped.
Depending on the products ordered, your order may be shipped in multiple packages.
Please track your order on the carrier’s website and contact Customer Support if your package has not arrived within 48 hours after the estimated delivery date.
Note: Tracking statuses are often delayed and do not always accurately reflect the package status. Some carriers only scan packages at major hubs, and most packages arrive on time regardless of the status.
DG cannot make guarantees about delivery times and is not liable for carrier delays.
Lost or Marked Delivered Packages
DG is not liable for lost, stolen or marked delivered packages.
Contact the carrier to gather more information if your package has not arrived by the estimated delivery date or if you believe your package has been incorrectly marked delivered. Note: Sometimes carriers will prematurely mark packages as delivered, so we recommend waiting 24 hours before contacting the carrier.
If the carrier confirms that they have made a delivery error and are unable to assist further in locating your package, notify Customer Support with confirmation from the carrier so we can assist with a resolution based on the situation.
Order Changes After Checkout
Orders cannot be modified or canceled after checkout.
Address Changes: If you need to change the shipping address of your order, email Customer Support immediately with the updated address and note “Order Address Change” in the subject of the email, and we will do our best to make the change, however because some of our merchandise is made-to-order and shipped by a third party, we cannot guarantee that the order has not already been processed.
Undeliverable Packages: If your package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, DG must receive the returned package back before mailing a replacement. DG is not liable for carrier delays in the return to sender process, or for packages delivered to a wrong address that are not returned to us.
